To reduce friction and eliminate repetitive manual tasks, we develop lightweight automation tools that enhance accuracy and accelerate administrative workflows. One example is the Real Estate Automation Toolkit – IsaNova, designed to streamline property management processes by reading bank statements, verifying that rents and other charges (utilities, service fees, etc.) were received in full and on time, generating reports and payment reminder letters, and preparing clean, correctly ventilated transaction files with the appropriate accounting codes for Crésus. Although originally built for a real estate company, several components of IsaNova are adaptable to other industries and reflect our broader philosophy: applying technical rigor and smart automation to reduce errors, save time, and free focus for higher-value scientific and strategic work.
